Yoga is learning to come back to yourself. Its finding your limits, expanding your boundaries, and being able to truly relax into who you are. Its about taking time to remember who you are but have forgotten while being caught up in the whirlwind of a fast-paced life.

On a physical level, as in life, being off balance doesn’t feel good. Yoga is responsible for making you feel harmonious, integrated and complete. As you learn about your center in a yoga pose, you practice finding your center in other areas in your life.

 

At Yoga Nation our Teachers are passionate to guide and support you in a lifetime of yoga. Our approach emphasizes the development of self-awareness through precision in movement and attention to posture and breath. Jasmine

“Our goal in life is not to be perfect, but to be whole”

 

Jasmine was inspired by her first yoga teacher and fell in love with the mindfulness of the practice. Being curious to various styles of yoga she pursued the journey and attended numerous classes connecting her to the depths of Kundalini, Forest and Yin-Yang yoga. This then lead her to the Himalayas to complete a 500Hour Teachers Certification in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation as well as Ayurveda. After integrating the experience she decided to pursue another and headed to Mysore to complete 200Hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Sandra

Sandra is a mother of two, a lover of all things beautiful, and an avid gardener with a passion for natural medicine and organic food.

Drawn to yoga in search of a deeper connection- to self, to earth, to God- she has established a regular practice, and is trained in classical Hatha style yoga. Through her lessons she seeks to share the teachings and philosophy of yoga, to both challenge and nurture body and mind, and to create space for each yogi to discover their truest self.
